Workbook is the worker-facing platform of ENGO Misr, launched in July 2026 for the millions who work outside syndicates and formal contracts. It turns the five pillars into direct services on a phone: a verified digital identity, an AI-built professional profile, career coaching, job matching, electronic contracts and access to financial services.
The first public release, available on the App Store and Google Play since late 2025, is the Labour Law assistant: an AI guide that explains Egypt's Labour Law No. 14 of 2025 in plain Arabic, by text or voice, covering leave, resignation, dismissal, overtime, contracts and insurance.
Every feature is designed for people who may not read or write fluently. CVs can be built by voice, coaching speaks the local dialect, and onboarding takes minutes instead of weeks.
