Neqabty is the first platform of ENGO Misr and the institutional foundation Workbook is built on. It gives professional and labour syndicates a digital layer for membership, services and payments, so members reach their syndicate from anywhere, at any time, instead of queuing at a counter.
Members renew subscriptions, request services, follow syndicate news and notifications, pay through multiple electronic channels and spread larger costs over instalments of up to 36 months. Complementary services add medical packages, online pharmacy delivery and consumer financing through partner providers.
Syndicates on Neqabty include the Engineers, Veterinarians, Agricultural Professions, Tourist Guides, Teachers and Physical Therapy syndicates. This verified membership base is what the company calls "Neqabty DNA": the rails every other Workbook pillar runs on.
